My thought, somewhat strange I must admit, from your comment, which I agree with, is that the company seems to be pushing towards a position that is peculiar for a small biotech, where it wants a strategic partner to feel it needs the company more than the company needs that partner.. Is it possible?
Anyway, I hope I am not wrong.
