Because if Jupiter pay for it then they get they will get 100% of the profits from that operation. As for funding the operatin, getting the $400m will be no problem whatsoever given the potential IRR and it will also help liquidity.Lets just hope by the time they decide to proceed that manganese prices are a lot higher so we do not dilute at these prices!
