Lol....any farm in IVZ would be considering will be big enough to get this to production or at the very least have the $$ to build the reserves base and would be well versed in what drilling and potential field development costings would be.
This can be small scale initially and ramped up at will.

The idea that they would rather spend billions in deep water offshore where they are at the whim of world spot prices V an onshore development that will be gas to power with a substantial moat is a pretty base argument IMO.

I said I agreed the wells have been expensive so not sure of your point?
The point is that 2 side tracks have likely cost 20 million so it does change the cost perspective.
They now know that drilling below x depth causes issues so from now on they will set casing accordingly doing away with side tracks.
Lastly we don't really know how much the wells cost and the more that are drilled the cheaper it will get.

The real issue is the sp, not the cost of drilling.
Whether that is self inflicted or there are entities that are screwing with IVZ remains to be seen.

Anyone here have broker data from when the SI placement was made?
I suspect its been the big end of town selling this down as seems to have been the case every time.
We need to wean ourselves off and get a capable farm in partner on board BUT before that happens a flow test with hopefully spectacular flows is the single most important thing IVZ can do to rectify the sp.
