It'll be the case of another clever criminal beating the system. Not for the first time and likely...not the last time.
Everyone knew the likes of Al Capone was a mobster, a murderer and a criminal but nothing could be proved till a tax evasion charge nailed his ass.

As the article says, "lt doesnt look right, It doesn't smell right" but nailing down the specifics of the crime is proving difficult

I guess with either better tools to find stuff out or a larger majority in Congress to work with, justice would be better served

We'll see
