    No other choice but to try, they will screw their economy for decades and risk the Lobito corridor if they ignore. Rio Tinto already chose Rwanda over DRC to explore so it’s absolutely affecting their economy already, Eramet also decided not to explore. No guarantees but best tool to leverage negotiations
