consolidating JMS's ownership in Tshipi is the obvious first step in this process, Brad has made noise about this (even his predecessor did). JMS's largest shareholder is also the largest shareholder in Tshipi now days, so surely much of the ground work already done.
I would not worry about dilution to JMS on the HPMSM project. There is a lot of water to flow under the bridge yet.
just wish there was progress on consolidating Tshipi!
