A reasonable post compared with most BUT it goes to confirm my view that the majority of posters on this thread have either bad memories or do not do their own research.

It was stated by management on the 20th sept last that a number of proposals and quotes for various aspects (pipeline and the plant) were already in and being studied and that they expected the evaluation (my word) to continue until the second week of October.

So the time to start winging would be early NEXT week>
