The only information available to investors are that:
- Mr Ward is the target of a 249D notice;
- Mr Ward says that he doesn't want to go away (but I don't know why);
- The Board concurs with the 249D notice (but I don't know why).
Everything else is fantasy unless the Board and Mr Ward clarify their positions.
