    Give it time, I think a 3rd interested party is probably considering it in detail. Look at what happened with the XIP takeover years ago. Who's chomping the stock to get to the 19.999% level for an unsolicited move. That's what to look out for. Assume they use the same brokers as last time to faciliate.
