“The proceeds of the transaction will make a material difference to Iress’ net debt position, strengthening ourbalance sheet and providing greater ability to double-down and invest for growth in our core businesses ofWealth, Trading & Market Data and Superannuation.
So by looks of things there will be an abundance of cash but I note that they do not mention as to what gain or loss will be generated on tge transaction.
Does anyone have any ideas?
