Dozens of analysts, military experts, politicians and political scientists warned that NATO's continued meddling in those countries would force Russia to intervene militarily in certain regions. Never mind CIA meddling in Russia's internal affairs, funding various anti-government movements for at least a few decades now.
In a hypothetical scenario, where Russia starts arming, training and promoting anti-US sentiment in Mexico, and talking about how it wants Mexico to join the CSTO? What do you think would happen? You think US is just going to let that slide? LOL. Someone needs a reality check. US has reduced dozens of countries into dust for less.
