My low functioning autistic relative will never be successful in monetary terms as he simply lack the capabilities to do so.
Hard work is only one factor in gaining wealth and I agree should be reward and should be the most rewarded in fact.
Unfortunately its only one factor in big game , luck plays a more prominate role.
Being born with a talent Having rich parents. Beauty Have a high risk gamble pay. Right place at the right time Marrying into money etc etc etc etc etc.
