Argentinian government have AGY by the balls. They can drag this out for as long as they want, which we are currently witnessing. AGY on the other hand do not have an infinite amount of time and are at the complete mercy of them.

If it gets dragged out to 2025 and beyond, IMO best bet would be to sell the company to a major (if they even wanted it), as they seem to have priority over there and would be more capable of moving things along. Money talks, and AGY don't have much of it... I can only imagine what the big guys are paying under the table, because they can.
