It sounds like you aren't familiar with the nature of the manufacturing process. It's mass manufacturing by default, and as long as the yields are sufficient for each wafer then they'll be produced in the millions p.a. per fab. Regarding audio levels, AKP are expecting 70db+ @1m, and the physics is well understood regarding the increase for multiple speaker configs.
