A director should sell when there is nothing really extraordinary going on with the company. To sell and take advantage of bona-fide investors on the back of a CMI deal, a deal which seems to be delayed for some unknown reason is quite deceitful IMO. One has to now question the motive and timing of the CMI announcement in full and the dates and times quoted in the schedule announced to the market on the 6th September 2010.
