As for the candlestick magic (without paying attention to any fundamentals or forthcoming actions/announcements) it is still open to interpretation:

The key to the three scenarios is whether 6 cents can be considered opening with a big upward gap (scenario 3) or just a higher level (2nd scenario).
In case of the former, today's finish is bearish, otherwise it is positive.
