CMI are not even on the CMY register as far as I am aware. The 3B is usually issued prior to ratification at the shareholder meeting. Therefore perceivably there is no investment of CMI in CMY at this stage. It�s my opinion the market was rallying on the back of the agreement announced on the 6th September 2010 and loosely updated on the 27th September 2010. The schedule on the 6th states that CMI are to subscribe for 3,600,000 shares 10 days after the Subscription Agreement was signed. This has not occurred, so in effect CMI are in breach of contract, thus the contract can be voided and the arrangement quashed.

Since then we�ve had an announcement on the 27th September stating that the first tranche will be �completed shortly�. Then the share price rallied and �Robert Mccauley� felt it appropriate at that time to take advantage of the rally at shareholders expense and dump almost 1 million shares on market pre share price crash.

Yet, a further 10 days on from �completed shortly�, we get this directors notice and no subscription or any other evidence from CMI to demonstrate they intend to invest any money in CMY at all.

Call me bitter of whatever, but when I lose 10k in 2 days on the back on a director dumping shares on market based on a share price fruition of a deal seemly un-evidenced or even initiated other than a breached terms sheet, I become quite annoyed.
