this is what I read from someone on bkt, "113m is half what is needed to build module 1. The other half comes from a capital raising. The banks will only ever lend half."
I was guessing is it something similar with egr too. For ex, if they get 105 mil from kfw, do they need another 105 mil approx for project to take off?
what would be differential here wrt to bkt ?
