We're on the same page there - it is a remarkable coincidence that in the last half year report ZIP posted income of $430 mil for the 6 months, and the core expenses consisting of interest ($107 mil), bad debt ($78 mil), salaries ($73 mil), bank fees ($62 mil), corporate finance expenses ($42 mil), other expenses ($27 mil), marketing ($21 mil) and IT expenses ($21 mil) etc added up to $431 mil.

That after Ms Scott was congratulated for stripping expenses to the bone but before all the other expenses were added. ZIP needs to be taken over by somebody for its IP and customer list, to take out the costs of finance and staff, etc, achieve economies of scale
