Placement was done on the 8/9/2010 for a 136m shares at 0.011. It was placed to sophisticated investors, depends on how many are still holding we have had some good volume the last two weeks, would be safe to say they may be half done.
I would also assume many are waiting for confirmation of the project specs. IMO another week or so we should see this pushed through 2c, if not the news of the final details will move it if they are decent. GL
