Sure thing @gold13, paraphrasing the 1-2 lines: it sounds like Boab have quite recently begun talks to coordinate one of the shortlisted lenders to compliment the finance that another was willing to offer rather than having one lender in isolation. This has obvious benefits; I had assumed they had done this earlier, but at least they are now getting the potential lenders in cahoots with eachother now.

This had been discussed yonks ago on the forums as the ideal way to get the lending across the line (a bit of a no brainer in hindsight), via competitive complimentary finance across a few lenders.

I hadn't seen language like this in prior announcements.
