While the phosenergy process is very exciting, it is not universally applicable to all phoshate producers; some phosphates have naturally low concentrations of Uranium (such as those found in Australia), while those found in some mines in the US, Russia and, maybe, Morocco may have more. This may explain the difficulty for UEQ linking up with, say, Incitec Pivot, at least at current U308 prices.
