I don't know if the Free Russian Forces who are attacking Putin loyalists are from Bilhorod themsleves, I just know they are Russians.
So it's a Russian civil war in the Bihorod region, you have Russian fighting Russians in Russia but you are claiming a casualty was because of a Ukrainian shell. I am asking how do you know that despite the fact that there is a Russian civil war in that very area?
