I am shocked that everybody who cares about the climate , and the effects it will have on humanity, isn't a lot more cynical about '' greening '' projects.
Let's analyze this project , it is basically spending a lot of public money to see if electric trucks will use less fuel than ice trucks.

My objection is not to ''greening'' projects, it is to what are basically , feel good , publicity stunts .

You haven't read much about my views on incomes and tax policies.
Capitalism is a necessary evil I would happily do without , but let's face it , we cant.
But I wish that basic services hadn't been farmed out to the private sector , executing climate change policies would be easier and more rational if they were still in public hands.

Properly look at this project , and when you have , tell me that either the planet or the public purse has got value for money out of it.
Australia should be a lot further advanced in reducing our carbon footprint , wasting money on what are mostly photo ops for a tool like Bowen and massive middle class climate welfare ,are 2 of the reasons we are not.
