Sad that she didn't have the confidence to go straight to the police/ hospital for a rape-kit test. Common for many women/girls failing to report such assaults of this nature for a variety of understandable reason. Justice lost perhaps, and very costly to the taxpayer as it turns out - none of which I would blame on the girl in question.
