55 cents close is a good start point for the new placement investors, with the cost of all existing shareholders.
I don't understand why they can't just do the entitlement offer only? not letting the instos get the huge discounted.
All they need is 2-3 for 10 entitlement offer to the existing sh and still get the $97m.
