That letter was a rough read. Coherent in the sense that it is legible but incoherent in the points he is trying to make. Certain statements aren't even in the correct section making them irrelevant to the point he is trying to establish in the readers mind. He is leaving it up to the reader to invent conspiracy throughout half the response letter also. Simple mistakes like double spacing tells me the letter wasn't even proof read or spell checked, not to mention failing to delete the footer "Error! Reference source not found." is cringeworthy, and why is it not dated and digitally signed. Zero sourcing or linking is attached which makes it difficult to confirm if his statements are even factual. If this is the kind of work that is coming from a director then I'm very thankful not to have a director like that in my company. This is something being disseminated publicly and will be read by thousands of people, you'd think a little bit of effort would be put in.
