I always felt positive with KRR, back during the Vanadium & then HPA but slowly I became disheartened and now frustrated with KRR and management as the next person, but my only option is to wait once again to see if the next phase of drilling and assay results produce something positive.
The drilling at providence didnt return good results, and the market sentiment showed that as it dropped to 0.009¢ on the day of the announcement , but back to the 0.011¢ currently
Announcement 8th March 2024
The next area will be Commitment area (4 RC holes planned for 800m) followed by the Langrenus area (10 holes for 1,500m).A sponsored article on Sydney morning herald can be viewed here:SMH
We just need all the UAV, IP, gravity, DDIP surveys and the contracted survey geophysicist as well as the RC and diamond drilling to pin point the sweet spot to produce the results KRR, shareholders & the market have been longing for.In regards to shareholders requesting the company directors to call a meeting.
If KRR could get 25% of what Emmerson acheived next door to KRR lease then we could probably see the SP rise dramatically. Just need some good results of a few grams per tonne assays.
The Tennant Creek tenements are held by KRR 100% subsidiary Treasure Creek Pty Ltd
Directors must call and arrange a general meeting if a shareholder with at least 5% of the votes requests a meeting: s. 249D Corporations Act 2001. Also these shareholders must pay the expenses of calling and holding the meeting. KRR has from half yearly report 31st December 2023. 1,553,524,947 SOI, which would make it around 77,000,000 shares that shareholders would need amongst them to call a meeting.
Even then if the board was voted out, who would replace them?
I just hope that KRR come up with the goods and eventually scrape themselves up. To reward long term shareholders who have endured the long worn out trend and move onwards & upwards to a properous 2024.
