"When they can produce AnteoX at scale"
If the global EV industry was interested in cutting costs (increasing profits), and they had a fledgling company (with so many potential customers) only limited by scale of production I would think they would do everything possible to help them achieve scale asap as it would be a win win for all concerned, even taking a financial stake (risk) to further that development.
That does NOT appear to happening at this time, considering the market cap of these 'potential customers' it would be chicken feed for them? What's the holdup?
