So you're saying Hamas attacked Israel because Netanyahu allowed Qatar to funnel money in to support them, the leaders of Gaza who are responsible for the welfare of the Gazan people who they have chosen to rule over.
So working on your theory, that it was done to undermine the two state solution, does that mean Qatar supports a one State solution under Israel?
Getting people out of a war zone away from both warring parties is logical to me but you obviously have trouble with logic.
