I agree they have these powers available to them as I said before seizing assets is one of them . What I asked for was a real world example of those powers being enacted and successful in Africa ?
The international criminal court also has powers as well but the genocide of millions of people in Africa continues to occur without the international community being able stop it . Then there is Putin in Ukraine and Israel in Gaza . I don't think a cashed strapped mining minnow holds much sway taking on a foreign government in an international court over a commercial spat involving that countries sovereign resources.
