Fundamentally the company is in great shape with a strong pipeline of tests at various stages towards commercialisation.
To me the chart setup looks interesting with 2 years of consolidation period.
I'm unsure about the downward resistance line also, is it valid or not ??? Time will tell if there's a breakout to the upside at the POA within the next couple of months.
