doesn’t matter what report comes out. Simple science tells you heavy oil being pumped 4km down a hole will produce poor flow rates. You need medium to light oil. Majority of heavy oil projects across the globe are not feasible because of poor flow rates and needing a ton of wells and the development costs for heavy oil is through the roof. They get medium to light oil coming up your all rich but their samples from previous drill already point to a 15-20API and that is heavy oil
