Okay I just spoke to Commsec again after opening an international account. They said they started crediting the shares to clients with existing accounts last week and will hopefully do another batch within a week. The interesting (somewhat contradicts what I had been reading here) thing was when I asked about the future possibility of a DRS transfer of my remaining shares from Computershare. The person said that they won’t be able to facilitate this in the future even if/when they accept DRS transfers as IHL is a microcap and they needed special permission from their custodian to allocate these unsettled shares which they said was a once off due to the circumstances.
