The price of concentrate turned around about 3 weeks ago , we have remained flat although off our previous lows, PLL and CXO have both fallen and the common link is they are producers and all have a lot of uncertainty ahead. Don't expect that to change much untill there is more clarity on several fronts and the price of concentrate either holds and rises or retreats again.

PLS another producer has gained but in retreat, its in a considerably better financial shape than the other three with in excess of $2b in cash, although is still heavily shorted and profits have been hit hard as one would expect.
