Are you trying to suggest that the Spanish banks do not require EQR to make any loan repayments???
As for Wolfram. The Queensland Government is not going to let EQR simply land bank this. As part of the tender, they committed to a spending program as per the 1/2 yearly. On top of that they also committed to adhering to the Enviromental Legislation. The care and Maintenace costs will not be insignificant.
