Oh ok , fair enough.. Just a bit confused, still maybe it was the way it was written..

"if what Faris says come to be and production gets ramped up to 2 mil mt that equates to 55cps return per annum"

I understand P/E ratio, just not the calcs that have been done for annual return per share. That clearly states return per annum, so I'm sure you can understand it is incorrect as I first stated.
