you make very valid points - I have also posted previously that something is not right with the lack of news and the blatant lies - eg - news is imminent but not and the $9.8m was to be received and it has not.
the constant points being offered of news being withheld to "punish" Pangea to the detriment of all other shareholders is most probably illegal if true - I'm only a bush lawyer but there would be a very strong case of market manipulation and breach of continuous disclosure duties.
also if Pangea has only 1m shares left - this is only $140k in value - not material to keep the price subdued.
there are other forces at play here and the longer these types of games continue the share price ain't moving!!
