it seems much more likely to be a pump and dump trading cycle than a cap raising to me. not being a trader, i find it irritating but i think it would be much worse if i allowed the mobsters to frighten me into selling on the lows or buying on the highs. PLA is a patience and perserverence story ... let's just wait for the next chapter before drawing any conclusions.
