It really isn't.
I don't want to rain on the parade but you have to mine and process 10x the amount of rock & build a plant with a significantly bigger mill therefore higher CAPEX. It's worth even less if you can't extract the percentage in silicate minerals. As much as I want this to help me retire they need to find higher grade material.
