Iam amazed how many people invest their money in companies and don't read back through previous announcements.
Their is nothing new here. Vlad secured these tenements way back under different names.
He was entitled to payment once the projects reached certain goals which they have. He decided in the interest of SRN and the SH he wouldn't ask for the payments or interest.
"MH agrees that it will not make any demand for payment of the Triggered Payments and any accrued interest"
The Saudis MOU both of them are restricted to 6 months with the first one finishing in July
So decisions have to be made sooner rather than later.
The Saudis did visit back some weeks ago so discussions still continuing.
There is still other issues they have to sort out before Saudis give us the green light
like remuneration for the existing landowner to let us mine on his land and actually getting a mining licence as currently they only have mining exploration licence.
all these wheels are in motion and are being sorted out
