Operating cashflow under $1m for the six months to end of December.
Even if we ignore the ongoing need for investing cash outflows & financing cash outflows (the $58m net new plant borrowing will require about $1.4m/month @ 8% over 48 months) how do they generate the $15m to pay back the loan shark fund by the end of September (they will almost certainly have to cough up the $250k to get the 3 month extension)??
We are nearly at the end of March and there has been no change in the operational status in terms of either plant 1 coming on line or the higher grade ore being ready to mine. At least one but really both of these need to come on line to get cash coming in the door but we just get advised of further delays, time is running out!
The chance of finalising any deal to sell NE by end of September & actually getting the cash is as close to zero as you can get in my opinion.
I hope they can get their acts together and get things working otherwise either a capital raise or creditor/lender compromise is needed, neither of these options will be good for existing shareholders which is why we are getting our share price kicked back down
