Viney I too am saddled with belt of these... I keep them mainly as a reminder of the type of company to avoid.
But you are right, this deal looks almost a giveaway, and even if you hold a lot of shares it's going to be a small cheque. Which makes me worry that it reeks of desperation. They still have a few decent assets but I wonder if this is the last roll of the dice ?
