Do see it possible only with government subsidies / tariffs if used intelligently in the western world , which would strike the balance of profitability at the mine , But as you know the Government of Uganda has shown no interest in doing so and very out of favor with the west , as basically a third world country with higher economic priorities for offering any incentives into critical minerals , Also if you look into the MSP critical minerals coupled with intelligent use of subsides / tariffs is the direction the western world is following in clean energy transitions which is in line with Belfast,
