China's media reports usually contain lots of errors. Bikita's 11Mt @1.4% was just an old figure.
The updated Bikita's resource estimate is 65Mt @ 1.13% Li2O.
"Bikita Mine is purported to host resources of around 11Mt grading 1.4% lithium and has been operating for 60 years."
