You might recall the "Schreurs and Sons" MOU, which was part of an ASX announcement. It contained the following sentence: "If the parties are unable execute a Contact of Sale or Partnership Agreement within 90 days, the MOU will lapse."
As we all know, the MOU lead to a contract and later to sales, but this was not announced via the ASX within the given time frame (90 days). The company told me that they planned to announce their success but ASX rejected the ann because this development was expected by the market ( = no relevant new information).
I think this is the case here, too.
