If you read the announcement re Disputes update, it says we're chasing the Cominiere fines as detemined by the ICC (about $30m at the moment & increasing). As for Zijin we have no direct monetary claims on them. As for Zijin's reputation they have a documented reputation as one of the worst human rights records in the mining industry & don't appear to care. They also have a bad environmental record & don't appear to care. Re funds we need an injection in the next few weeks to a month. It either comes from Cominiere (fines) or Rocke (funding facility) or both or some other source we're not privy to.
