2 significant NT related news events in the past week - indigenous housing & Arafura very much focused around Alice Springs.
2 NAIF related events.
Building out engineering & construction capability around Alice.
Arafura short term project, longer term, you'd have to think would be on the radar - ie. looking at longer lead, but promising projects.
Certainly there are quite a few to consider - Ammarroo would be one.
But I do see synergies between the locations of both Speewah & Sandover (dare I mention Mt Peake) & MASDP & where positive impact could be made with investment in industrial/mining industry, particularly leading edge technologies.

TIVAN have many realistic prospects which deserve to be considered on their merits, not least of which would be first cab off the rank, the Fluorite project - this particular project I think there is one mining major who'd also be very interested having worked in the area for a very long time.
Arafura - Alice Springs
Liontown - Kathleen Valley
Speewah - Durack, Kununnurra, Wyndham Area. Halls Creek to the South.

No Surprise, I'm glass half full on this suspension continuation.
