For me, the company should have started the approval process process about 1 year earlier, and had all the steps signed off well before B finished. B was extended by 5 months, which tended to cover-up a little. Earlier the cheaper, and reduces chance of interference, pity... nothing gets cheaper in this area. Hope the next area is already being lined up for processing.

Everyone knows the government is slow and the procedure has become more exhaustive, should have been planned into the strategic plan. Estimate the time, then add 50% and subtract from plan startup time. There is nothing new. The environment is worth protecting and the amenity to local people and any Aboriginal concerns need to be heard and addressed. The world has moved on... railing against something that is a better practice doesn't make sense.

    80% company's fault.

I expect the move will be about $27M. Then startup and rehiring costs slips up to.... $30M. The plant is further north and may find a little harder to attract workers, closer to the coast though, and communities there. There has been a slight down turn in minerals in WA, iron ore is coming off the boil, nickel is in a pit, not a bad time to find workers.

The move should be smooth given second time around for Mutz. 6 months, pre-stripping etc inside that time.
