Well, right now the company needs money. So anyones who's invested here & wants to see the company grow will participate, if they have the cash. They will get their money back if the company is successful & continues to grow, like it has seen it listed.
Buying on market at 1.8 cents isn't supporting the company, participating at 2.2 cents is. There is no point buying at 1.8 cents on market if the company runs out of cash & it goes under.
That's why cornerstone investors, like Thorney, continue to take part in placements or participate in the Con Note offer.
There have been day traders all over this since the end of Feb, so you have to expect some impatient holders to bail.
